Refund & Return Policy

At EV WAT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
The return must comply with the applicable conditions described below.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, including products that have been used, installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the product and any damage
Photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

After reviewing the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, the item may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Return Authorization

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

To request a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Return packages sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

6. Replacements

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, particularly when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Replacement availability may depend on product availability.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

EV WAT is not responsible for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout but subsequently lost or stolen.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the carrier and check with your household, neighbors, or building management.

We will assist with carrier inquiries where possible.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once an order has entered processing or shipping.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

9. International Returns

For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, or other fees unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

International return instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
