How to Install the Tesla Carbon Fiber Spoiler

Thoroughly clean the trunk installation area using the included alcohol wipe.
Remove wax, oil, dirt and other contaminants from the surface.
Carefully test-fit the spoiler before removing the adhesive backing.
Use a hair dryer to gently warm the 3M adhesive tape. Do not exceed 40°C.
Remove the adhesive backing and carefully position the spoiler.
Press firmly across the spoiler for approximately 30 seconds, applying even pressure.
Allow the adhesive to cure for 48 hours before washing or exposing the vehicle to demanding conditions.

For the best result, installation should be performed on a clean, dry surface in suitable temperatures.

Genuine Carbon Fiber Appearance

The spoiler is constructed from authentic dry carbon fiber with a 3-layer UV protection coating. Because genuine carbon fiber is produced with a real woven pattern, minor variations in the weave may occur. These natural variations are normal and can be part of the appearance of genuine carbon fiber.

For additional long-term surface protection, a ceramic coating or paint protection film can be considered.

Make sure the trunk surface is clean, dry and free from wax or contaminants before installation. Allow the adhesive to fully cure before washing the vehicle.
